10 Favorite Things From Amazon

Happy Prime Day everyone! In the spirit of one of the greatest days, I wanted to share 10 of my favorite things I’ve gotten off of Amazon that you should totally add to your cart of great Prime Day finds.

Book: The Great Believers

This is one of my favorite reads of 2019 so far. I won’t give away too much but it is set in Chicago during the AIDS epidemic and is a really touching story. Definite must read

Home: Lemon Phone Case

Because, duh. We know I’m obsessed with lemons. Not only is it cute and bring some joy into my life but it also protects my phone. It’s a hard case with the lip on the front to protect the screen, however, it doesn’t make it bulky. There are 6 other designs if lemons aren’t your thing though.

Home: Memory Foam Mattress

It may look too good to be true but it isn’t. This mattress feels like heaven and the price is even better. We have the 12 inch California King and couldn’t be happier.

Home: ResMed S+ Sleep Tracker

I use this thing every single night to track my sleep. It has different music options that you can put on that sync with your breathing to calm you down and help you fall asleep. On top of that, it has an alarm that wakes you when you’re in the best cycle. V fancy.

Beauty: Rosehip Oil

This honestly may be one of my favorite things I’ve ever purchased off Amazon. Yes it smells a little funky but the things it does to my skin are so worth it. I use it nightly and my face (and body) have never been softer. Also, this bottle lasts forever. I’m still using the same one from October 2018!

Fitness: Acupressure Mat

So this thing claims to be great for sleep, relieving muscle tension, reducing stress & anxiety, curing medical ailments (i.e. headaches), reducing cellulite (LOL k.), and relieving chronic neck & back pain. I honestly am not sure if any of those claims are true but I still like to start my morning with this bad boy for at least 10 minutes. If I forget or am too rushed in the morning, I’ll do it at lunch time. It takes a little getting used to but I love the fact that it forces me to lay down and be still.

Book: Let Your Mind Run

This will forever be one of the most motivating books I’ve ever read. And yes, it hits a special spot because I am a runner but I think it can be applicable to non-runners as well. It’s written beautifully and if nothing else, is a great story that I think everyone should read.

Book: Not Afraid Of The Fall

This book will always hold a special place in my heart because it is the thing that inspired me to make my travel dreams a reality. Traveling may not be your thing but I think it’s a great read for anyone that is on the edge of trying to make their dream come true and needs to make the jump.

Clothing/Travel: Sherpa Coat

This is one of my traveling must haves! It’s a fuzzy sherpa sweater coat with giant pockets to hold all the things, a hood to block out the world and doubles as a blanket when the plane or train suddenly turn into an ice box.

Travel: Filtration Water Bottle

Another one of my travel must haves, a filtration water bottle. If you know me, you know I drink nearly 200 ounces of water A DAY so going anywhere that doesn’t have a steady stream of water available is detrimental to me. This water bottle makes all the difference because I feel safe drinking from anywhere. For example, the bathroom sink in Mexico or train to Germany or really anywhere. Desperate times call for desperate measures people, don’t judge me.
