BOCO Gear 360° Visor Review

Disclaimer: I received the Boco Gear 360° Visor as part of being a BibRave Pro. Learn more about becoming a BibRave Pro and check out to find and review races!

I’ve never run in a visor so when I was offered the opportunity to test the BOCO Gear 360° Visor, I figured why not, I may end up loving it.

Upon receiving it, I was a little nervous – you see, I have an extremely tiny head. We’re talking kids sized Cubs hats and most headbands falling off 10 steps into a run but I was pleasantly surprised when I put it on and then it stayed on! To top it all off, the soft brushed elastic band made it extremely comfy while staying out of the way of my AfterShokz headphones.

My favorite detail of the visor was the internal sweatband – wrapping around the front of the visor, it kept sweat from pouring down my face, something I always have an issue with (thank you parents for passing on those sweat genes). The sweatband also made the visor a bit more comfortable – whereas normal hats & visors are that stiff material of the bill, the sweatband added some cushion so it formed to my head better. This was also enhanced by the relaxed fit of the front panel.

But probably the best part of this visor is that it is machine washable! I’ll be honest and say I was skeptical about this – I didn’t want the visor to lose it’s curved shape or stretch then not fit me so of course I tested it out and it’s lived up to the hype. Major key. Good work BOCO Gear.
