Continuing off of my training momentum from the half marathon, I ran about 10 miles a week in order to prep for the Color Run this weekend. Although it is dramatically lower than what I am used to, I wanted to give myself a tiny break since marathon training will begin immediately after the Color Run.
Similar to previous races, I created a new playlist. I don’t think I will actually be using it since I will be too focused on playing in the foam but I figured it would be good for everyone to archive for future 5ks!
