Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip

Today I’m sharing one of my absolute favorite snacks and I’m going to be honest, I feel a bit silly calling it a recipe because it’s so simple it hurts but I rave about it so much that I know it’s necessary to share. If you know me, you know I don’t really like dip or yogurt so the fact that I am so obsessed is kind of a big deal (I attribute it to the peanut butter because it really does make everything better).

Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip

Yields: 1 container of dip | Total time: 5 minutes

1 Greek vanilla yogurt

1 giant scoop of peanut butter

A drizzle of honey if you need to sweeten things up

Once you’ve gathered these two (or three) things, mix them up and enjoy with whatever your heart desires – I think Granny Smith apples are the perfect compliment.

I also want to note that my peanut butter of choice is the Natural Creamy Jif – I know it’s not the healthiest option out there but it’s my favorite so I’m not giving it up anytime soon. If you choose to use this peanut butter, I suggest skipping the honey.
